Milvet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — particularly in cases of terms violations. Members may also request account closure at any time.

• Terms violations may result in account closure without prior notice.
• To close your account yourself, submit a request via live chat or email.
• Enrolling in the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion program will automatically pause your account for a set period.
• Any valid balance can be withdrawn before account closure.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, there is no obligation to refund the balance.
